How can I pay for my course if I can't get to the College before the course starts?

Once you have enrolled in a course, payment is required at least 5 working days before the commencement of the course. If you are unable to get to the College before the course start date you can pay via credit card over the phone or you can post us a cheque or money order

What if my course is cancelled?

You will receive a full refund of your course fees if we cancel a course for any reason.

What if I change my mind and I don't want to do the course after all?

If you cancel your enrolment, a minimum of five working days notice is required, and an administrative fee of 10% (to a maximum of $20) will be deducted from your refund.

What if I am sick on the day and cant get to the course?

If you do not turn up on the day of your course, we cannot refund your money. You may be able to transfer into a later date if your reason for not attending is genuine.

Who are BACE?

The role of the NSW Board of Adult and Community Education (BACE) is to promote the provision of adult and community education in NSW, to allocate government funds to ACE providers in NSW and to advise the Minister of needs and trends in ACE.

Where can I purchase lunch?

The College has a lunch room for students to use, however we do not have a canteen or shop on the premises to purchase food. Full time students are encouraged to bring their lunch with them or drive to the closest takeaway food outlet during their lunch break.

What if I have a disability?

If you have a disability and would like assistance, we need to know before your class is due to commence so that we can work out what we need to assist you.

What are your opening and closing hours?

Our office hours are 9.00am to 5.00pm Monday to Friday. Some classes however may start before or after these hours. In this case the College will be open to accommodate the class.
