In this one-day workshop you will learn to make a Normandy style Camembert, Greek style Fetta, Quark (cream cheese), fresh Ricotta, Mascarpone and a Greek style Yoghurt. Music - Djembe (African Drum)Over a 9 week period students will learn the fundamentals of Djembe drumming. In these informative and fun workshops you will learn basic hand techniques – Bass, Tone and Slap, basic rhythms and different time signatures. Transport & logistics - ForkliftThis 3 day course will provide you with both practical skills and theory required to gain a Forklift Ticket issued by WorkCover. Included in the course fee is your training and assessment. Students who successfully complete this course will be issued a Statement of Attainment in the unit TLILIC2001A Licence to Operate a Forklift Truck from the Transport and Logistics training package TLI10.

Grafton Skills Centre is the trading name for the Grafton Community College’s vocational and job related services which incorporate all accredited and licensed courses as well as business courses.
